Email is the best route for everything except a booked advisory slot.

Which route to use

For paid one-to-one advisory, the fastest route is to book a slot directly. The calendar is the source of truth for availability and takes payment up front, so the session is confirmed immediately.

Assessments, speaking, teaching, and longer engagements all need a scoping conversation before anything is committed, so email is the right first step. Send a short note to ben@demora.uk with what you’re looking for and a rough timeframe. Press, podcasts, and conference invites go to the same address.

What to expect

I aim to reply within two UK business days. If you haven’t heard back inside that window, assume the email got lost and send a follow-up. I’d rather hear from you twice than miss you entirely.

I’m happy to work under an NDA for sensitive enquiries. If you have a standard one you want signed before we start, attach it to your first email and I’ll return it signed before we go any further.

I’m in Glasgow, on UK time (GMT and BST), and I work with clients across the US and Europe. Flag your time zone in your first email and the back-and-forth gets shorter.

Channels

Based in Glasgow, Scotland. Most engagements are remote. I travel for keynotes and on-site work where the format demands it.
